As of August 2, 2022, there are three homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $2,995,000 for a duplex on Inglewood Drive (19 days on the market) to $8,100,000 for a detached home on Harper Avenue (43 days on the market). This includes the two homes that have been listed for more than 30 days and the single home that was listed in the month of July and has yet to sell for its current list price.
Last month, there was no home sale in Moore Park.
Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $2,100,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
