As of October 2, 2020, there are eight homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $1,695,000 for a detached home on Moore Avenue (2 days on the market) to $6,395,000 for a detached home on Inglewood Drive (18 days on the market).

Last month, six homes sold in Moore Park, including five detached homes and a duplex. The average time to sell a home was 11 days. The home on Rosedale Heights Drive sold two days after it was listed, while the other home lasted 18 days. This doesn't include the three homes that have been listed for more than 30 days or the five homes that were listed in the month of September and have yet to sell at its current listed price.

Three of the six homes sold at or above their listed price last month. September’s most valuable home sale was a detached 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom on a 50 x 138.66-foot lot with a private drive and garage on Rosedale Heights Drive. It sold for $4,625,000, which was 103% of the original listing price. It was followed by a detached home on the same street which sold for $3,800,000 or 95% of the asking price.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend $2,300,000 for a semi-detached and at least $2,000,000
for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
