JANUARY HOME PRICES ON THE RISE IN DAVISVILLE
Three homes sold in Davisville Village including two detached and one semi-detached last January.
The average sale price was $1,930,000, reflecting a significant 18.2% increase compared to January 2024’s average of $1,632,500.
Two of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 67% of the total sales.
The highest and fastest-selling transaction was a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on a 25 x 125-foot lot on Belize Dr. It sold for $2,650,000 which was 106% of the asking price after just 2 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached on Davisville Ave. The home sold for $1,940,000, or 99% of the asking price, after 90 days on the market.
As of February 1st, there are six homes for sale in Davisville ranging in price from $1,450,000 for a semi-detached home on Belsize Dr (5 DOM) to $3,395,000 for a detached on Glebe Rd E (4 DOM).
