As of March 31, 2024, eight Davisville Village homes were sold: five detached and three semi-detached. The average value of these transactions was $2,139,250 marking a 5.1% increase compared to the previous year’s average of $2,035,909.
March Saw a 5.1% Increase in Average Home Values
Four Davisville Village homes sold at or above their asking price. The highest-selling transaction was a detached 2-story, 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom newly-constructed 2021 home on a 27.66 x 150-foot lot on Hoyle Avenue. It sold for $3,520,000, which was 95% of the asking price after three listing attempts and 213 days on the market.
Another detached home sold for $2,775,000 on Hillsdale Avenue East, fetching 100% of the asking price after 10 listing attempts, $900,000 in price reductions, and almost a year on the market.
As of April 1st, 2024, there were seven homes for sale in Davisville Village. These range in price from $3,988,800 for a detached home on Servington Cres with a frontage of 32 x 149 sqft (listed for 150 days) to $1,299,000 for a semi-detached home on Cleveland Street.
