In October 2023, 7 Davisville Village homes were sold, including 5 detached and 2 semi-detached. These numbers are higher compared to the number of sales from the same month of last year. The average value of the October 2023 transactions was $1,938,757 marking a 39.9% increase from last year’s October mean average of $1,386,167.
Average Monthly Units Sold for Detached Homes in Davisville Village Surged by 150%. for October 2023
Last month 4 homes sold at or above asking prices. The top sale in Davisville Village featured a stunning 3-storey detached home that showcases exceptional features setting a new standard for urban luxury situated on a 23 x 175-foot lot and including a front yard drive space on Balliol Street. It sold for $2,688,000, 100% of its asking price. Another home on Manor Road East sold for $2,499,000 which was 100% of the initial listing price. Last month, the average Davisville home sold within 6 days of being listed on the market.
A house on Balliol Street, however, was sold in just one day after it was listed. While some homes sold quickly, others remained on the market for longer periods. In fact, one home on the same street was listed for 13 days before it was sold. Additionally, 10 homes listed in October are not selling at their current price.
