DAVISVILLE’S HOUSING MARKET FINALLY SHIFTS
In September, seven homes were sold in Davisville Village, consisting of three detached and four semi-detached properties. The average sale price was $1,763,143, reflecting a significant 14.6% increase compared to September 2023’s average of $1,538,800.
Only three of these homes sold at or above their asking price, making up 43% of the total sales. The highest transaction was a 4-bedroom, 7-bathroom detached home on a 26.75 x 143-foot lot on Hillsdale Ave E. It sold for $2,575,000, which was 97% of the asking price after 3 days on the market.
