DAVISVILLE: MORE HOME SELL ABOVE ASKING
In July, 6 homes were sold in Davisville Village: one detached, four semi-detached and one townhouse. Four sold at or above their asking representing 67% of total sales.
The average transaction value amounted to $1,529,000, a 21.6% decrease from the previous year's average of $1,950,143.
The highest sale was a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom semi-detached on a 20.79 x 125.66-foot lot on Hillsdale Ave E. It sold for $1,851,000, which is 109% of the asking price with only 4 days on the market.
Another significant sale and the only detached home was our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom listing on Belsize Dr which sold for $1,750,000--103% of the original price with just 6 days on the market.
