In June, 11 homes were sold in Davisville Village: seven detached and three semi-detached. Although only three of these sold at or above their asking price, representing just 27% of total sales, the dollar value was at its highest yet.
The average transaction value amounted to $2,088,709, marking an 8.5% rise from the previous year's average of $1,924,596.
The highest sale was an 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom multiplex on a 50 x 140-foot lot on Hillside Ave E. It sold for $3,050,000, which is 94% of the asking price with 47 days on the market.
The fastest sale was of a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom detached home on Manor Rd E. It sold for $2,558,000, which was 104% above the asking price, after just five days on the market.
As of July, there were 20 homes for sale in Davisville Village. These range in price from $4,788,000 for a detached home on Soudan Ave with a frontage of 25 x 150 sqft to a detached home on Cleveland St for $1,299,000.
