Last month's average transaction value was $2,610,594, showing a slight 4.4% decrease from March 2023's average of $2,730,894.
13 out of the 28 homes sold at or above their asking prices, representing 46% of total sales.
The highest-selling home was a detached 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Rykert Cres, selling for $4,868,000 within two days at 99% of the asking price.
Another detached home on Hanna Rd sold for $4,765,000 at 104% of the listing price in just one day.
