Leaside Home Sales on a Steady Rise!
In Leaside, there have been 20 recent home sales: 15 detached and five semi-detached homes.
13 out of the 20 homes sold at or above their asking prices, representing 65% of total sales.
Last month's average transaction value was $2,330,089 showing a 13.2% decrease from May 2023's average of $2,458,859.
The highest-selling home was a detached 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom property on Divadale Dr, selling for $4,000,000 within nine days at 95% of the asking price.
Just fresh off the market, another Divadale home sold for $2,850,000 at 100% of the listing price. The longest sale was a home on Mcrae Dr, which took 22 days to sell.
As we approach the end of spring, we have witnessed a dynamic transformation in the Davisville Village and Leaside real estate landscape, and our expectations still lean towards a seller's market!
