As of June, there are 25 homes available in the Rosedale area of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s C09 zone, with prices ranging from $4,495,000 for a detached property on Standish Ave (listed for 985 days) to $22,500,000 for a detached home on Chestnut Park Rd (listed for 72 days). These include 7 homes listed for more than 30 days and 18 homes listed in May that are not selling at their current price.
